19-Year-Old Walmart Employee Dies After Being Trapped in Bakery Oven in Halifax Store

Halifax Regional Police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old woman at a Walmart after receiving a call that the employee was locked in a bakery oven.
Officers were called to the Walmart store on Mumford Road in the city’s west end at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 19 where they found the woman dead, police said in a press release.
